Who we are

"Daily Game Answers" (the "Site") is an independent puzzle-help site operated by its owner. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The New York Times Company or any of its game brands (Connections, Wordle, The Mini Crossword, Strands).

What you can do with our content

Hints, analysis, and explanatory text on this Site are original editorial content produced by us. You are welcome to read, link to, and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Bulk republication, scraping, or commercial redistribution of our editorial content requires written permission.

Puzzle answers

Answers themselves are statements of fact about the day's published puzzle and are not owned by us. The phrasing of each clue belongs to its original publisher; we reproduce clue text only where necessary to identify the answer, and we do not republish full puzzle layouts.

No warranty

The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do our best to publish accurate answers, but typos, mis-parses, and upstream data outages happen. We are not liable for lost streaks, wagers, points, or any other downstream consequence of a wrong or missing answer.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site in any way that would impose unreasonable load on it, attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures, or facilitate spam, malware distribution, or abuse.

Takedown requests

If you believe content on this Site infringes your rights, send a notice to kimicode@hotmail.com identifying the URL and the basis for the claim. We respond promptly and remove material in good-faith disputes without argument.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Site operator resides. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
